Returns & Exchanges

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you have purchased. We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase, therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return within 14 days period for a refund or exchange upon the following conditions:

All items must be unworn with tags attached.

All items must be in their original packaging.

You must include the original invoice.

Postage cost must be covered by yourself. We do advise, when returning your order, please use a tracked/recorded service, as we will not be able to issue your credit note/exchange if the parcel has been lost by 3rd party.

Please note, if for any reason you are not present at the time of delivery, and if the order is returned back to us, we will contact you and let you know. We may require you to cover for postage charges again. An invoice will be sent if this is the case.

We do not accept returns on SALE items. Please ensure you read all description before placing an order.
